We use DHL Express as our official shipping partner to ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery for all our customers, both in Italy and worldwide. All orders are processed from our facility in Italy, typically within 1 business day.
For deliveries within Italy, DHL usually delivers within 1 to 2 business days. For shipments across Europe, delivery times range between 2 to 4 business days, while international deliveries to countries outside the EU may take 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery address of the order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions or free delivery for orders above a certain amount—this will be clearly communicated at checkout if applicable. Please note that for deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These are not included in our pricing and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. DHL may handle the customs clearance process and request payment on behalf of the local customs authority.
